Early Life and Bio

Bobby Seale was born on the 22nd of October in the year 1936 in Liberty, Texas. He was the son of George Seale and Thelma Seale who were carpenter and homemaker respectively. His family was in poverty in his early life. He was the hope of his family, so he had a lot of responsibilities and struggles in his early days. 

The family later migrated to Oakland, California where he spent most of his childhood. He was eight years old when he went “Berkeley High School”. He dropped out of school and went to “American Airforce” in the year 1955. Later, in 1958 he was a court-martial for fighting with the commander at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. The fight resulted in the bad conduct discharge.

Seale worked in the aerospace plants as a sheet metal mechanic while he studied his diploma at night. As he completed his high school diploma, he attended “Merritt Community College”, studying engineering and politics. He earned for his college life in his high school time.
