Early life

Ford was born on 12th September 1996 in the capital of Tennessee, Nashville of United States. He was born and grew up in the U.S. thus;, he belongs to American nationality. We know that he has a brother, but the name of his parents and siblings aren’t revealed yet. He joined the Campbell Hall School and later joined the Oaks Christian Online High School in Westlake Village.

Ford was into acting and loved to appear in the camera since he was young. With his cute looks, he began modeling at the age of 4 and made his film debut at 5.

Colin Ford made his film debut in 2002, appearing in the movie Sweet Home Alabama at the age of 6, portraying the character of Clinton Jr. Later that year, he appeared in the comedy film Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd was playing the small role as young Lloyd Christmas. He then appeared as Matthew Steed in the historical fiction drama called The Work and the Glory, and it’s series in 2004 and 2005, respectively.

In 2006, he voiced in an animated adventure comedy film called The Ant Bully for the red teammate. He also voiced for the character Dart in another animated movie called Christmas Is Here Again in the following year. The same year, he appeared in the Uwe Boll’s action, fantasy film called In the Name of the King, portraying Zeph and American Family as Caleb Bogner.

In 2008, he made two appearances, first in Mark Freiburger’s feature film called Dog Days of Summer as Jackson Patch and Peru Moores and Hunter Hill’s American drama film called Lake City, portraying the character of Clayton.

In 2009, before landing the lead role in the fairytale-based film Jack and the Beanstalk, he appeared in the two films, namely, Push as young Nick Gant and Bride Wars as additional voices. He portrayed the lead character, Jack in the Jack and the Beanstalk, and his performance was loved by the audiences. In 2011, he appeared in the film Ticket Out as DJ, All Kids Count as Jim, and In My Pocket as young Stephan. He also played a small role in the film We Bought a Zoo as Dylan Mee.

In 2012, he appeared in the drama film, Disconnect as Jason Dixon and Eye of the Hurricane as Mike Ballard.

In 2018, Colin Ford appeared in the romantic fantasy film Every day as Xavier Adams and Family Blood as Kyle. He also appeared in the Marvel hit film Captain Marvel as Steve Danvers in 2019. In 2020, he appeared in the movie, The War with Grandpa as Russell.

Colin Ford made his TV appearances in 2005 playing the role of younger Evan Gallagher in an episode called “Ageless” of superhero TV series called Smallville. Following year, he appeared in the late-night talk show of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno as Dick Chaney Action Figure, and he also appeared in the comedy series called The Chelsea Handler Show as the Blind Date. He again appeared in another crime drama series called Close To Home, portraying the character of Hal Brooks in an episode called “Legacy”.

He dropped the significant role in the drama Supernatural as young Sam Winchester in 2007, and Can You Teach My Alligator Manners? Voicing for the Mikey for ten episodes.

Colin Ford started voicing for various characters in various other animated series like Special Agent Oso as Davis, Jake and the Never Land Pirates for the lead voice Jake, Sofia the First for the character Prince Hugo and finally in the American Dad! For the student named Derek.
