Harrison Ford was involved in a helicopter crash (Bell 206L4 LongRanger) back in 1999 at the end of October. As per the reports, he and pilot James Lipton were in the helicopter. Luckily they did not have serious injuries, but the helicopter crashed totally over the Lake Piru riverbed. As soon as they landed safely after the helicopter was out of control, it started skidding. The log next to it made the aircraft flip.
