Jeff Glor’s full name is Jeffery Todd Glor. Glor’s birth took place in Buffalo, New York on the day of July 12, 1975. He was raised in a place called Tonawanda in New York.
He completed his high school education from a public high school called Kenmore East High School. He has two degrees in two subjects namely journalism and economics. He got this degree from Syracuse University in 1997. During his time in the university, he was awarded the Henry J. Wolff prize due to his excellent performance in journalism.

Career
Jeff Glor set his foot into a career in journalism in 1997. He was a news writer at the station when he was going to college. When he worked for Central New York, he was entitled to the “Best Male News Anchor” by the Syracuse New Times. He was considered one of the 40 best professionals under the age of 40.
From 2000 to 20003, Glor was the co-anchor of WSTM-TV. He worked as Syracuse’s newscast at 5 PM and a reporter at 11 PM. Before this, he was also the morning news anchor from 1997 to 2000.
He covered much national news for MSTM. Some of the news he covered include the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, and Flight 587’s crash in Queens, New York. In 2002, he reported the visit of Pope John Paul to live from Toronto.
He then worked as a researcher and writer for “The Legal Handbook for N.Y. State Journalists.”
From 2003 to 2007, Glor worked as a weekend news anchor/reporter for WHDH-TV Boston.
