Early Life

She was born to Karen and Bill Hahn on 23rd July 1973 in Westchester. Shortly after her birth, her family moved to Ohio, and she spent most of her growing years there. She starred in several theatre performances during her University years.

She completed her high school studies from Beaumont School. After her high school, she attended Northwestern University where she received a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts. She then enrolled at Yale University and graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree.

Kathryn Hahn started her television journey from the 2001 crime drama “Crossing Jordan.” She was in the role of Lily Lebowski, one of the lead characters in the series. She played the character for 104 episodes of the series. She also made an appearance in “Four Kings” as Sharon in 2011. In 2010, she was part of the comedy-drama “Hung” for three episodes.

She made an appearance in a Funny or Die comedy-sketch as Huntress for two episodes in 2011. She was also a part of “Traffic Light” as Kate, “Mad Love” as Linda Clay, and “Free Agents” as Helen, in the same year. From 2011 to 2015, she appeared in eleven episodes of “Park and Recreation” as Jennifer Barkley. She was also featured in an episode of “The Newsroom” in 2012.
