Madeline, her seventeen-year-old daughter, reported to have witnessed the sexual assault at the couple’s Manhasset, New York apartment. Bill, on the other hand, issued a statement in May 2015 calling the claims “100% baseless.”

Their three-year custody battle in Nassau County Supreme Court ended in April 2015, with Maureen receiving custody of their twins.
