Tamron Hall was born on 16 September 1970 in Luling, Texas, the U.S. as a daughter of a mother, Mary Newton where her mother raised her and her stepfather Clarence Newton Sr. She had also stated that she was blessed to have a father like him even she was not the child from him. She used to have a sister Renate as a sibling, but she was murdered in her Houston home, and to till now, the case was not solved.

Hall got married to Steven Greener, who is known as a music executive where they lived in Harlem. After that, they stated that they were expecting their first child in the year 2019, where they gave birth to their son on April 25, 2019, and named Moses.

Hall started her career after being assigned as a general assignment reporter at KBTX in Bryan, Texas. After that, she went to KTVT, where she worked as a general assignment reporter for four years.

Later, she was seen working for WFLD-TV in Chicago, Illinois, where she actively worked from 1997 to 2007. Between those years, she was seen working as a general assignment reporter, consumer reporter, and hosted the program, “Fox News in the Morning,” which is for three hours.
